Board of Directors
Integrated Community Solutions (ICS) is led by an independent board of directors composed of passionate parents and highly-respected professionals from multiple industries. ICS plans to add at least one self-advocate. The board of directors is supported and enhanced through consultants and advisors with recognized expertise in areas specific to the mission of ICS.
Lisa Morrison, Co-Founder, President and Treasurer
As the parent of three young adults with autism, Lisa recognized the need for community-based housing options for individuals with developmental disabilities that provide permanence and security, and foster individual growth and independence. To address the lack of options in her area, she founded Integrated Community Solutions with her husband, Jim.
Jim Morrison, Co-Founder and Vice President
Jim co-founded Integrated Community Solutions (ICS) to provide another housing option for the developmental disabilities (DD) community. Having 3 adult children on the autism spectrum gives him a unique perspective on the long-term housing challenges facing people in this community.
